An inorganic vapor deposition barrier layer (alumina, silicon oxide, etc.) and a coating barrier layer are laminated onto a base film (PET, nylon, etc.). The combination of the unique coating layer and high-grade vapor deposition layer creates a superior layer structure that is easy to print on, laminate, and process in other ways, and also provides stable barrier performance.
